Continuing high satisfaction levels among Beaufort clients

To help us monitor the service we provide to our clients and to highlight areas where we can do even better, at the end of every project we ask for feedback on the quality of service Beaufort provided. This feedback is obtained through a short online questionnaire, which is completed by around two-thirds of clients we work with.

Having just completed our analysis of results to the end of 2011, we’re delighted to report that the great majority of our clients are very happy with Beaufort’s service and all would recommend us to colleagues or peers looking to carry out research.

A few headline findings from our customer satisfaction research:

• 85% of clients were very satisfied with the Beaufort service on their most recent project, with another 13% fairly satisfied and just 2% not very satisfied
• 9 in 10 (90%) would definitely recommend Beaufort and the remaining 1 in 10 (10%) would possibly recommend us to other organisations wishing to carry out research.

As well as helping track satisfaction levels over time, open-ended comments captured through the survey are invaluable in identifying areas where we can further improve our service. For example, one change that we’ve introduced as a response to client feedback is to provide even more frequent updates on project progress.
