Cutting edge show from Unknown Theatre Company
The Unknown Theatre Company, with whom Beaufort has an ongoing involvement through sponsorship, proudly presents Sweeney Todd as its Christmas musical.
The show runs from Wednesday 7 to Saturday 10 December at the Howardian Centre in Cardiff.
Annette Littlechild, Field Manager at Beaufort and all-rounder for UTC commented: ‘This is a big musical for us but it`s going to be brilliant! We have students from The Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama along with trained musicians creating a 20+ strong orchestra complete with harpist. Our youth cast have really taken the dark mysterious storyline to heart and you`ll be very afraid when you hear Sondheim`s music as sung by them!’
