Major contract win for Amgueddfa Cymru - National Museum Wales visitor research

We’re delighted to announce Beaufort has been awarded the 2015 – 2016 Visitor Profile Study for Amgueddfa Cymru - National Museum Wales.

Our team will be interviewing over 2,500 individual visitors to all seven of Amgueddfa Cymru’s museums across Wales over the coming year: Big Pit National Coal Museum, National Museum Cardiff, National Roman Legion Museum, National Slate Museum, National Waterfront Museum, National Wool Museum and St Fagans National History Museum. As well as individual visitors, we’ll be seeking the views of leaders of organised groups visiting the museums.

By assessing the profile of visitors and providing feedback on the overall visitor experience, the survey plays an important role in helping Amgueddfa Cymru to develop programmes and services to encourage and promote access to their national museums.
